Meet your scout

It reads the job. Then it goes looking for people worth your time.

Click Scout this job on any job. Your scout plans several searches across millions of profiles, runs them from different angles, and ranks every person for fit and for how likely they are to move, using signals like tenure and career trajectory. How it works

From job post to real conversations in three steps.

Setup takes minutes. The searching, ranking and writing happen while you get on with your day.

  1. Step 1: Add a job

Pick it from a large database of indexed job postings, or add your own. That's the brief your scout works from.

Illustration: a job card for Senior Tunnel Engineer with a Scout this job button.

  2. Step 2: Scout this job

The job gets its own scout: it searches, ranks everyone for fit and openness to move, and saves the top 100. Usually 2–4 minutes.

Illustration: a progress bar ranking profiles, with three candidates scored by fit.

  3. Step 3: Reach out and reply

Build one email, let AI write a personal passage for each person, send it from your own sender and answer every reply in Conversations.

Ask your scout anything

Your scout knows its sources. @-mention a person or a job and ask who fits best, what's missing or who to contact first.

A personal passage for every person

Design the email once in the block builder. The Personalized content block writes a unique paragraph for each candidate.

Every reply in one inbox

Conversations collects replies from every campaign, so nothing slips between tabs.

Why recruiters use it

Less copy-paste. More conversations.

You stop writing the same email eighty times.

Write it once. Each person still gets a passage about their own work and background.

You know who to call first.

Every shortlist is ranked for fit and openness to move, with a reason you can read in seconds.

Candidates hear from you, not a tool.

Emails go out from your connected Gmail or Amazon SES, and replies land in your Conversations inbox.

Jobs, people and notes stay together.

Each campaign keeps its jobs, email, notes and scout shortlist in one place.

Candidates can answer on their own time.

The job page lets them ask questions, record an intro and send a resume, even at 11pm.

You can question your shortlist.

Find gaps or pull recruiters and hiring contacts at a company from your scout’s Studio.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

The short version of how it all fits together.

How does your scout decide who fits?

It plans several searches for the job, ranks every person it finds for fit and for openness to move, using signals like tenure and career trajectory, reviews the strongest profiles in full and saves the top 100 to the job’s scout with a short report on each one.

Who is ClaritySends for Recruiters for?

Recruiters and talent teams who reach out to candidates by email and want to do it personally without spending all day writing. It is part of ClaritySends: the same outreach engine also comes in versions for sales teams (Leads) and job seekers (Candidates).

Where do the emails come from?

From your own sender: a connected Gmail account or an Amazon SES sender. Candidates see a message from you, and their replies come back into Conversations.

Does AI write the whole email?

Only as much as you want. You design the email with the block builder and can use Modify with AI to rework any part of it. The Personalized content block is where AI writes a unique passage for each person.

Where do jobs and candidates come from?

Jobs come from a large database of indexed job postings, or you add them manually. Candidates come from a large contacts database you search with filters such as country, titles, skills and profile dates, or by attaching a job.

What do candidates see when I share a job?

A public job page for that role. Candidates can chat with an AI assistant about the job, record an audio or video intro, and upload their resume.

Can I recruit for several roles at once?

Yes. Each campaign bundles its own jobs, email, notes and scout shortlist, and Home summarises every campaign so you can see where each one stands.

Your next hire is one personal email away.

Add a job, let your scout find the people who fit, and start real conversations. Your first campaign takes minutes to set up.
